They stay with each case until it is closed, and the child is placed in a safe, permanent home. For many abused children, their CASA volunteer will be the one constant adult presence-the one adult who cares only for them.

The Snow Finally Returns
The wonderful World of Graeagle was finally blessed with a beautiful snowfall overnight. I was won
dering if winter would return, especially since we have the Historic Longboard Races and Lake Davis Sled Dog & Snowshoe races fast approaching. Driving wasn't too crazy this morning, though the roads were a bit icy. Cal-Trans did an excellent job of plowing the top layers of snow and leaving the sand behind for better traction. It looks like we will be having a few more storms this week, so, if you want to come play in the snow, now is the right time. As always, drive safely.

When You Need to Get Noticed, Swim Upstream
With over 12 years of advertising and marketing experience, Big Fish Creations has what it takes for your
business to survive the current economic climate. While it appears necessary for businesses to cut costs, statistically, one of the worst things a business can do is cut back on its advertising during a recession. The research firm of Meldrum & Fewsmith conducted a series of six studies that decisively demonstrated "advertising aggressively during recessions not only increases sales but increases profits." In other words, when times are good, you should advertise. When times are bad, you MUST advertise.
Big Fish Creations has designed multi-medium marketing campaigns to powerful single word ad concepts. In fact, one of their specialties is to brand your image across multiple mediums like print collateral, the Internet and other digital mediums. When you need to get noticed, swim upstream. Contact Big Fish Creations today for more information on how they can get YOU noticed. Click here to view Big Fish Creations online portfolio.
